A Note on Our Pieces
Each piece is created in limited quantities, with an emphasis on art and intention rather than mass production. We encourage mindful purchases.
Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered for size issues, damaged or defective products, or incorrect items received.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Sale, discounted, limited edition, and made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
Returns & Refunds
- We primarily offer exchanges or store credit.
- Refunds to the original payment method are only processed in cases where damaged or incorrect items are delivered.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Reverse pickup is available for select pin codes only. If unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

- Slight variations in colour, print placement, or texture may occur due to the nature of the product and shall not be considered defects.
Shipping Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
