A Note on Our Pieces

Each piece is created in limited quantities, with an emphasis on art and intention rather than mass production. We encourage mindful purchases.

Eligibility

1. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
3. Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are offered for size issues, damaged or defective products, or incorrect items received.
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Sale, discounted, limited edition, and made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

1. We primarily offer exchanges or store credit.
2. Refunds to the original payment method are only processed in cases where damaged or incorrect items are delivered.
3. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
4. Reverse pickup is available for select pin codes only. If unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

6. Slight variations in colour, print placement, or texture may occur due to the nature of the product and shall not be considered defects.

Shipping Policy

1. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days.
2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, launches, or high order volumes.
3. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
5. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. COD is available for select pin codes only.
2. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
3. Additional COD charges may apply and are non-refundable.
4. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.
5. We encourage prepaid orders for a smoother experience.
